• Where can I see pictures?     Click on our shop page, there are pages of pictures with prices and colours.

    • Are they difficult to assemble?     All the beds come flat packed and everything is drilled so a competent person should have no trouble, partially assembled beds cannot be returned. Notify Ibedz within 24 hours if the packaging has been broken upon delivery.

    • Can I use my existing mattress?   The beds are designed for 90 cm, 120 cm,  140 cm, 160 cm & 180 cm mattresses by 200 cm long. UK mattress sizes are usually 190 cm long so they will fit but may be a bit short. Please keep in mind that if you use memory foam mattress it will be harder to pick up because of the extra weight. The mattresses we supply are 18 cm thick, you can probably go to 25 cm thick but there will be less room for bedding when it is folded away.

    • Can I have my bed this week?    Because we do not use an outside carrier (due to damages we ensure safe delivery) we have to arrange delivery rounds on our own vans.

    • Do you offer assembly service?    Sorry we don’t, use a local handyman if you are not confident.

    • Do I have free delivery? Check the delivery chart for your post code, most areas have free delivery (green zone).

    • What is the guarantee? 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee on broken parts. Check all parts before assembly.  Non returnable on partially or completed assembled beds.

    • Check all items before assembly, once the bed has started to be built there will be extra charges for broken parts.

    • Can I just buy the mechanism, I want to make my own bed?   Yes, different options are on the shop page depending on which size bed you want to make.

    • I need a mattress with the bed.  Please note, we only sell mattresses with a bed, we don’t sell them separate.

    • We aim to deliver the furniture as soon as it is in the warehouse, due to the covid-19 which has affected the furniture industry this has caused some delays.  Please note the lead time for available beds can vary.

Wall beds must be fixed directly to a solid structure such as brick, concrete or a solid timber frame. Wall beds must not be fixed to a plasterboard or similar unless there is a solid structure underneath it. Wall fixings for your specific type of wall can be purchased at a local DIY store.

For Safety do not open the bed until it is securely fixed with brackets to the wall.
